Entre septembre 2011 et juillet 2012, la CES a mis en œuvre le projet européen « Formation non formelle et informelle (NFIL). Des pratiques parallèles à une intégration systémique ? » avec le soutien de la Commission européenne.
L’objectif principal du projet était d’évaluer l’étendue des initiatives systémiques dans la formation non formelle et informelle dans les différents États membres de l’UE et la contribution des syndicats à ces initiatives.
Le projet a permis la réalisation de toute une série d’activités :
- Une étude comparative, basée sur une enquête dans dix pays européens, portant à la fois sur l’ambition des politiques publiques de validation de la NFIL ainsi que sur l’implication des acteurs sociaux dans l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de ces politiques ;
- Des rapports nationaux, présentant la NFIL et les pratiques de validation dans dix États membres (Danemark, Italie, France, Royaume-Uni, Allemagne, Pologne, Finlande, Espagne et Roumanie)
- Une conférence paneuropéenne qui s’est déroulée à Lisbonne les 26 et 27 juin 2012 et qui a réuni plus de 70 participants, notamment des syndicalistes et des acteurs politiques impliqués dans la validation de la NFIL.
