In the framework of the European Social Dialogue integrated projects, the European social partners, ETUC, BusinessEurope, CEEP and SMEunited would like to invite you to participate in their:

Decentralised cluster seminar on capacity building, focused on candidate countries and the Balkan region

This two-day event will aim to provide an important input into the discussions on social dialogue at European level about how to promote and support social dialogue across different contexts. The seminar will cover the following topics:

• Follow up of the 2018 “cluster seminar on capacity building”
• Capacity-Building needs and membership development
• The results of the European social dialogue at different levels

The seminar will gather affiliates of the European cross-sectoral social partners and of the relevant EU sectoral social partners.

Practical organisation

This seminar will gather social partners from Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia.

We have approximately 60 places available for social partners:

• 25 participants for employer’s representatives
• 25 participants for trade union’s representatives
• Up to 10 EU secretariats and speakers experts

The interpretation will be provided in English, BCMS and Albanian.

The ETUC is in charge of the organisation of this event on behalf of all European social partners. Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered. Please read carefully the travel and accommodation policy below.
