This is the last call for the registration to our third cluster seminar in Madrid, Spain on the 15.02.2018. To register for the cluster seminar in Madrid please follow this link and fill in the required information: Registration Link

Please register as soon as possible. Only very few seats are still available. Attached you find also the updated agenda. Furthermore, we want to inform you, that a small film crew will accompany our seminar in Madrid to produce a little image film on the project.

Dear colleagues,

We warmly invite you to participate in our third cluster seminar in Madrid, Spain on the 15.02.2018. To register for the cluster seminar in Madrid please follow this link and fill in the required information: Registration Link

Registration deadline is the 14.01.2018

In this third cluster seminar, during the morning session we will get insight of the digitalisation development in Spain and other countries of the cluster. Of course, there will be also the opportunity for the participants to express their knowledge, ideas and demands. In the afternoon, we will get further Input on the transnational impact of digital technology and workers' rights. Jeremias Prassl (Oxford Magdalen College, Oxford) will present three options for the social partners in the gig economy, followed by Eckhard Voss (WMP Consult) presenting results from the online survey and telephone interviews. More details will follow soon, when the agenda is updated.

 

Interpretation will be provided in English, Spanish, French + other language.

 

This cluster seminar is open to participants from Spain, Finland, Belgium, Greece, Cyprus, Slovakia, Bulgaria. Therefore, we will reserve 14 seats for participants form these countries. Of course, trade union colleagues from other countries are also invited to participate. As the content of the four different cluster seminars will change it might be also possible and interesting to participate in more than one cluster seminar during the project.

The maximum of participants for this seminar is limited to 25. Therefore, please wait after your registration with the booking of your travel and accommodation, till you get the confirmation for your participation. The costs for travel and accommodation will be reimbursed after the event, regarding to the ETUC reimbursement rules (see attached "Accommodation and travel policy").

Registration procedure

>> Step 1: Register via the following link on the ETUC website for the cluster-seminar before the 14.01.2017

>> Step 2: Wait for the confirmation of your participation from the ETUC.

Please do not proceed with travel or hotel booking before you get our confirmation. The confirmations will be send out after the 14.01.2018

>> Step 3: Once confirmed by the ETUC, book your hotel room individually in Tallinn.

We have blocked a certain contingent of rooms at the training school centre of CCOO. More detailed information will follow after the confirmation. Accommodation costs will be refunded after the event upon receipt of an invoice.

>> Step 4: Book your travel individually to get to Madrid, Spain.
