* We organize and coordinate the activities of young members of trade unions united by LPSK;
* We organize education for trade union youth, we promote trade union movement;
* We aim to involve youth representatives in trade union bodies at all levels, negotiating groups for the preparation of collective agreements;
* We organize cultural and leisure programs for trade union youth;
* We speak out in the media;
* We organize the publication of periodical and / or one-time information publications on topics and issues relevant to the Members, various teaching and methodological tools;
* We organize discussions, meetings, seminars, conferences related to the activities of the Association
