Important information Due to the summit which will begin in the evening, all of the Schuman area (district of the European Institutions) will be cordoned off from 3 pm. If you intend to come by metro you will not be able to get off at Schuman station. The best alternatives will be to get off at Mérode and cross park Cinquantenaire, or get off at Maalbeek and make your way around Berlaymont (site of the General Secretariat of the European Commission).
