Every six months, at the start of an EU Presidency, ETUC presents its list of priorities for action in the social and economic fields, where it believes the EU should make progress.
ETUC closely monitors developments in these areas during the six-month period of a presidency, and issues an assessment of achievements and shortcomings at the end.
