Creating economic and social cohesion and fighting social exclusion means good education and job opportunities for all, decent housing and social protection, fair wages that offer a reasonable standard of living to workers and their families, and an end to all forms of discrimination.

The ETUC campaigns for measures to achieve these ends, believing them to be key to achieving the Lisbon goals.
