Health and safety
The ETUC is active in pursuing better health and safety and a good working environment, through the coordination of collective bargaining and through EU legislation and regulations to protect working people. The ETUC has set up a special institute, the Trade Union Technical Bureau (TUTB) to carry out research and to campaign on issues relating to health and safety in the workplace.
