Facilities

Congress opens at 9h30 on Monday 16 May and closes at 13h00 on Thursday 19 May. On Tuesday and Wednesday the sessions will last from around 9h00 to 18h00, with a break at lunchtime.

The on-site press facilities Room MC 3 for the use of journalists at the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre will include:

- 60 workstations
- 20 computers
- wifi internet connection
- several interview points
- audiovisual equipment available on request

- simultaneous (active) interpretation into for 15 active languages (spoken and listened to): French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Dutch, Portuguese, Greek and Romanian (plus Norwegian as passive language only).

- all conference proceedings can be watched by television link in the press room, and heard anywhere in the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre via portable infrared audio equipment.

- refreshment facilities throughout the day. Only accredited media representatives with yellow badges will have access to the press room, as well as to a special section of the Congress hall set aside for media. Please ensure that you wear your identification badge visibly whenever you are on Congress premises.
