ETUC Executive Committee
The Executive Committee of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) will meet on 20 and 21 October in Stockholm. Just days ahead of the Tripartite Social Summit on 29 October and the European Council on 29 and 30 October, the European trade unions will debate the key issues of the coming months.
The items on the agenda of the next meeting of the ETUC Executive Committee concern the issues that will be in the spotlight of European affairs in the coming months, namely: climate change, with a view to the Copenhagen Summit; regulation of financial markets; revision of the Posted workers Directive and the post-2010 Lisbon Strategy.
