Ecart salarial hommes-femmes
Dans l’Union européenne, l’écart salarial entre les hommes et les femmes se situe en moyenne à 15 %. Cette disparité est inacceptable c’est pourquoi l’égalité salariale entre hommes et femmes sera un aspect important de cette campagne.
